February Members update

Now that Storm Eunice and Franklin have finally passed and the days are brighter, we hope you have enjoyed the chance to head out for a round of golf with your pals. In the immediate aftermath of the storm, some of the course was waterlogged. Kindly our very own Padraig Bruton went out on the course to assess the impact. Take a look at one of the amasing shots set as our feature image for this post, the beam of light is just stunning.

Our 2022 Drive-in

After a very competitive scramble, our winners were Stanley Wade, Ivo O’Sullivan, Mary Gorman & Ger Flynn. The Gents Club would like to acknowledge the Ladies Club for their hard work in organising the event and thank you to Fexco, who kindly sponsored generous prizes on the day.

As per the long-standing tradition of Ross Golf Club, we had a relaxed gathering upstairs in the Corporate Suite and food kindly sponsored by the race company. We would like to wish our wonderful President, Mike Casey and captains Donie Broderick & Breda Farrell a successful year in 2022.

The MD O’Shea’s Spring League starts on the weekend of the 12th of March and will run for 5 successive weekends finishing on April 10th. The closing date for entries into the spring league is March 4th, no entries can be accepted after this date.
