There has been significant investment and development of the golfing facilities in recent months at Ross Golf Course, as like many businesses affected by the Covid-19 pandemic it allowed more time to work on the business rather than in the business per se and members enjoyed the freedom of Ross Golf Course during lockdowns and restrictions.

Ongoing improvements to the course have been widely applauded, a new online booking system has been invested in and a new tag system, which was introduced in February 2022. New signage and sponsorship opportunities are available, and tasteful welcome packs for new members have been designed, all exciting steps forward for the club as we all embrace our newfound freedom. This investment has been combined with additional resources and personnel has enhanced the overall member and visitor experience, rewarded valued members and helped to recruit new ones also.

Corporate golf days are about much more than bringing people together for a game of golf and getting treated to delicious treats along with a warm cup of tea or coffee. Corporate golf days help with team bonding and reduce stress in the workplace. For more information on corporate golf days please contact us via our online form.

Let’s take a closer look at our 9 hole golf course.

The Venue

The indoor and outdoor facilities here offer lots of choices for your next meeting, conference, event or special occasion. Set against the most breathtaking views and overlooking the golf course and racecourse the complex as a whole is a very unique venue with ample free car parking and just a short stroll from the town centre of Killarney.

Intimate gatherings, meetings and corporate training days are best suited to our stunning Panoramic Suite complete with a rooftop viewing balcony. Conferences and concerts are ideal for the theatre style in the Jim Culloty auditorium. Wellness days are ideally suited to the corporate suite and there are many other options on site also to consider depending on your unique requirements and numbers.

The venue as a whole was predominately designed to facilitate horse racing and the major crowds which attend race days. For that reason, it lends itself well to large events that require a complete venue from admissions areas right through to catering, bars, restaurants, bathrooms, shower rooms and AV facilities etc. The complex as a whole offers all the usual event requirements as standard without the need for costly builds and temporary units that come with many greenfield site alternatives.
